¼ c. butter or margarine, melted
¼ c. honey
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp slat
3 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
2/3 c. raisins or craisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir butter, honey, cinnamon and salt until well blended. Combine the oats, coconut and walnuts in a greased 13x9 baking pan. Add butter mixture and stir to coat evenly. Bake at 275 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. Be sure to stir mixture every 15 minutes while baking. Add raisins, cool mixture by setting aside and stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
