2 c. brewed coffee (regular or decaf)
1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. butter
1 c. raisins
2 tsp cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ c finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with paper cups.
In a large saucepan combine coffee, sugar, butter, raisins, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Simmer until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. Combine dry ingredients. Add wet to dry. Stir until moist. Fill tins 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
