1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. honey
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
2/3 c. raisins or craisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir butter, honey, cinnamon and salt until well blended. Combine the oats, coconut and walnuts in a greased 13x9 baking pan. Add butter mixture and stir to evenly coat. Bake at 275º for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes. Add raisins. Cool and continue to occasionally stir. Store in an airtight container.
