1 package (9 oz.) refrigerated angel hair pasta
1 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 Jar (16 oz.) chunky salsa
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried oregano
2 eggs
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 cup (8oz.) plain yogurt
1 (16oz.) jar salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, layer half of the pasta, shrimp, feta cheese, Swiss cheese and salsa.
2. Repeat layers.
3. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese, parsley, basil and oregano.
4. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, cream and yogurt; pour over casserole.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and pasta is tender.
6.Let stand for five minutes before serving.
