1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 1/2 cups milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta, cut in chunks
8 oz. Colby Jack cheese slices
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni and set aside to cool. In pot, heat milk until boiling. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Once heated, add Velveeta and Colby Jack and stir until melted. Add egg to macaroni, add cheese sauce, and mix all thoroughly. Lightly grease 9 x 12 casserole dish. Layer macaroni and cheddar cheese in casserole dish. In preheated 350 ° oven, bake 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted.
