Red onions thinly sliced ( 1 per pizza)
Small prepared thin and crispy pizza( such as Momma Mary's or Bobili)
Brown sugar (about 2 tbs per onion)
1-2 sticks butter(depending on amount of onions and pizzas)
Gorganzola cheese(Crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Carmelize onions with brown sugar and butter.( In small to medium sized crockpot stirring occasionaly, or cook slowly on stove until tender).
Spread on pizzas and top with cheese.
Cook in oven until cheese is browned and pizzas are warmed.
Slice into bite sized pieces.

About 1/12-2 hrs. if cooking onions in crockpot

Onions are very tender in crockpot or can be crunchy if cooked on stove. Very good either way!
