1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar.
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans.
1 can buttermilk biscuits.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix butter and sugar, mixing well.
Pour mixture in bottom of 1 1/2 qt. mold or souffle
dish.
Sprinkle evenly over above mixture with pecans.
Cover; refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Put cooking dish in oven for a few minutes, until
butter mixture melts.
Remove from oven, arrange about 8 unbaked refrigerated buttermilk biscuits in even layer.
Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven; invert on plate before serving.
