4 Veal Cutlets
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 t. flour
1 cup cracker crumbs
Salt, Pepper to taste
Dash of Paprika
4 oz. margarine or olive oil
2 t. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pound cutlets; salt and pepper and dip into flour, egg, and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle with paprika; brown in margarine or
olive oil.
Add butter and simmer over low heat for 15 mins.
Top with lemon slices before serving.
