1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
2 T. minced onion
1 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
Salt, Pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
1 10-oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
12-oz. egg noodles, extra wide, uncooked
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except flour, soup, water and noodles.
Shape beef mixture into meatballs, roll in flour.
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook meatballs until lightly browned; drain.
Blend soup with water, sitrring until smooth; add to skillet; stirring well.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat; cover, cooking 20 minutes; cover; cook 20 minutes.
Cook noodles according to directions; serves meatballs and sauce over noodles.
