4-6 chicken breasts
onion powder
salt and pepper
1 bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing
Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add onion powder, salt, pepper and chicken to boiling water. Simmer on stove for approximately 30-45 minutes. Remove chicken and cool.
Once chicken reaches room temperature, pull chicken and place in casserole dish.
In separate bowl, pour 1 regular bottle of the Catalina dressing, add barbecue sauce to taste. You will need to cut the sauce a little at a time with water to gain the correct consistency.
Pour over pulled chicken in casserole dish and cover. Can be kept in refrigerator for 1-2 days before serving.
To serve place covered in oven at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve alone or over rice or noodles.
