1 lb. fresh ground turkey
1/2 c. Grated Onion
1/2 tsp sea salt
dash onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 T honey
1 T ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well, form meatballs and place them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain meatballs and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle honey or BBQ sauce on top of meatballs and add 4 T. water. Bake meatballs in a 350º oven for 10-15 minutes.
