Won Ton Wrappers
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/8 C Green Onion, Finely Chopped
1/3 lb meat
Ginger
Oil for Frying

Directions:
Directions:
Choose your meat and cook. Drain if necessary.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ginger, and green onion. Add meat.
Place about 1 tsp of filling on center of won ton. Moisten edges of won ton and then fold in half forming a triangle. pinch to seal. Pinch the two corners of the long edge together.
Fry in oil till golden brown, about 1 minute. Let drain on paper towel.

I used ground beef and seasoned it with garlic salt and pepper as I cooked it. You could also use tofu in place of meat.
Can use light cream cheese.
They still have a good flavor reheated but are not crisp. If you have a toaster oven, that is probably the best way to reheat.
