1 1/2 c. biscuits or pancake mix.
1 egg.
1 tsp salt.
1 1/2 c. beer.
Cooking oil.

What cleaned and filleted fish you could catch !!!!!

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Dip 1 fillet at a time into batter mix and let drip off. Place coated fillet in skillet with hot oil. (375 deg.) Fry until golden brown. Drain and eat-um-up.

Teetotalers can use water or milk.
