Double stuffed Oreo cookies, any flavor Peanut Butter is my favorite
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 tsp crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 1 whole bag of double stuffed Oreos in a food processor. Mix together with 8oz block of cream cheese and refrigerate for 1 hour. Take out after an hour and roll into balls the size of a "donut hole" and place them on a cookie sheet. Chill for another 30 minutes. Chile chilling, melt chocolate chips in a double boiler type set up along with 1 tsp of Crisco. Once the chocolate is melted drop truffle balls a few at a time. roll them in chocolate until covered. Once covered, take them out and place them on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Chill until chocolate is set then eat!! Great easy recipe that is always a hit!

I have made these with all different flavors of Oreo cookies. For a twist, exchange the Oreos with Nutter Butter cookies, or use peanut butter chips instead of milk chocolate chips.
