1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup washed raisins
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until bubbly. Fold in butter.

Spoon raisins into unbaked tart shells. Pour in egg and sugar mixture to 2/3 full.

Bake 400º 12 - 15 minutes
