3/4 c Sugar.
1/2 c margarine or butter softened.
2 eggs.
1 c. mashed bananas (2 medium).
1/3 c. milk.
1 tsp. vanilla.
2 c. flour.
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional).
1 tsp. baking soda.
1/2 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 9x4 or 8x4 loaf pan. In large bowl, combine sugar, and margarine; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs beat well. Add bananas, milk, and vanilla; blend well.
In a small bowl, combine flour, nuts, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add to banana mixture stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
