3 -4 lb Sirloin Tip Beef Raost
1 pkg lipton onion soup
2 cup water
6 potatoes
1 pkg baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix dry soup and water in a small bowl and set aside. Put meat in a roast pan with a lid. Poor soup mixture over meat. Peel potatoes and cut into 4 parts. Put potatoes and carrots in the pan. Cover and bake for 2-3 hours. The longer the more tender.
Gravy
Take roast out of pan leave juices in the pan. Put the pan on the stove on medium heat. In a separate bowl put 4 tbl flour and 1 c water. Mix the flour and water really good with a fork or your gravy will be lumpy. Pour this into meat juices and simmer. Add water to make it the thickness you like
