Large Elbow Macaroni
4 Tbl Butter
4 Tbl flour
2 c almond milk
1/2 block of Velveta Cheese
1/2 block pepper velveta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni for 10 - 12 min. Do not over cook. Drain. In a sauce pan on stove melt butter add flour and mix well. Add milk. On med heat stir in cheeses. Stir constantly until cheese is melted. May need to add some water to make sure it is soupy. In a 9 x 13 dish pour drained macaroni . Pour cheese mixture over the macaroni top with some cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 min
