6 lg Valdalia onion ( sweet onion)
1 stick butter
1 Pkg parmesan cheese, grated
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onions and cut onions into rings.
Saute onions in large skillet with butter for 20-30 min. Put half of onions in a 9 x 13 casserole and sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese. Place the rest of the onions on top. follow with the rest of the cheese. Crush Ritz and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325º for 25 min
