2 cans back eyed peas, drained
1 tsp salt
2 c bell pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 onions, chopped
2 bunches green onion
3 jalapeno;s chopped
1 (2 oz) jar pimento
1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:

Cut peppers in half and take a spoon to scoop out seeds. Then cut in strips and chop into small piece. Add the rest of the ingredients
Make a day ahead and serve with tortilla chips
