Fresh Spinach leaves
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz feta cheese (I have also used Blue Cheese)
Chopped green onion
Craisins
Green and Red 12" Tortilla Shells
Directions:
Directions:
Place soften cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped green onion. Mix well. Add the craisins and Feta cheese to evenly distribute.
Assembly:
Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto the shell being sure to spread all the way to the edges. Lay a row of your fresh spinach down the middle of the shell. Roll up the shell being sure to seal it when you get to the end. Slice into 1/2" pin-wheels. Serve.

This is a beautiful dish to take to a Christmas party.You can change it up by using a different color shell.
