8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 t. garlic powder
1 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt
4 T unsalted butter
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil in large pot. Add potatoes and boil until tender, about 35 minutes. Drain and mash with remaining ingredients with the exception of the butter and parsley. Turn potatoes into a buttered casserole dish and dot with bits of the butter. Sprinkle with the parsley. Cover and bake in 400 º oven for 1 hour or until heated through
