1 lb. fresh turkey tenderloin
2 T light soy sauce
2-3 t. Dijon mustard
2 t. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy, mustard and poultry seasoning in large zip lock bag. Add the tenderloin and marinate for 4 hours.
Remove from bag and broil on low heat for approximately 30 minutes, or 15 minutes each side. Do not over cook as it will be dry.
