1 1/4 C chopped apples
1/2 C dried cranberries
1/2 C reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 C cholesterol-free egg substitute
1/4 C butter, melted
3 tbsp sugar, divided
1 pkg quick-rise yeast
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1tbsp reduced-fat (2%) milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Lightly coat cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Place apples and cranberries in food processor or blender; pulse to finely chop. Set aside.
Combine sour cream,egg sub,butter & 2 tbsp sugar in medium bowl. Add yeast & vanilla. Add flour; stir to form ball. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 1 min. Cover with plastic wrap; allow to stand 10 min.
Divide dough in thirds, Roll 1 portion into 12" circle. Spread with apple mixture (1/4 cup). Cut dough into 8 wedges. Roll up each wedge starting at wide end. Place on cookie sheet, turning ends to form crescent. Repeat with other dough. Combine remaining 1 tbsp sugar & cinnamon in small bowl. Lightly brush cookies with milk; sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
