2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, seasoned with oregano and basil
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbl fresh cilantro (1 Tbl dried cilantro)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 1 /2 tsp balsamic vinegar
