4 cans red beans (use half the liquid)
1 lb. ground hot sausage or hamburger
1 green pepper
1 onion
5 - celery stalks
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
garlic powder to taste
1/8 cup prepared mustard ( add during last 10 min)
chopped green onions for garnish

Brown hamburger and saute onions. Pour off excess grease. Combine remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for half-hour.
