¾ C Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
⅓ C Milk
½ tsp Salt
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
sift dry ingredients together. Beat Egg into milk and then stir into dry ingredients. Spoon portions on top of simmering stew and cover with lid. Leaving lid on for at least 20 min before checking to see if they are done. They will be done once they appear fluffy and somewhat dry - 20-25 min.
