12 c old fashion Quaker Oat Meal
2 1/2 c wheat germ
1/2 c flax seed, crushed
2 c coconut
1 c brown sugar
1 c water
1 Tbl salt
4 Tbl vanilla
1 c oil
1 c pecans, chopped
1 c slice almonds
1/2 c sunflower nuts
1 c cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Put oatmeal in a large bowl and pour oil over it. Stir until well greased. Add nuts, wheat germ, coconut. In another bowl mix water, brown sugar, vanilla,and salt. Pour over the above mixture.
Heat oven to 250º put granola in cookie sheets or metal cake pans. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15-20 min.until golden brown.
