6 lb Turkey Breast
* Bake 15 min per pound at 400 (1 1/2 hours) in a Roasting pan with cover or use Foil
Dressing
Bake corn bread in an iron skillet. Let cool, then crumble.
Add to cornbread
1/2 loaf bread ( cut into pieces)
2 c celery chopped fine
2 c onion chopped fine ( may put in blender and then drain really good)
3 eggs
1 Tbl sage
1 tsp pepper
Take broth from Turkey add to above mixture until it is as thin as thick pudding. May need to add canned chicken broth. Granny always picks the turkey off the breast bone little tiny pieces and adds to her dressing

Bake Dressing at 350º for 2 hours until golden brown. Use a thick metal cake pan
Giblet Gravy
2 Tbl butter
1 Tbl flour
1 Can Chicken Broth
2 hard boiled eggs sliced thin
Small pieces of turkey
Ground Giblets
salt and pepper to taste
In a sauce pan on the stove
Melt butter add flour mix well, add chicken broth let simmer over med heat until thick. Add eggs, turkey,and salt and pepper.

Hopefully you will not have to make this for a long time. I have not ever had to make it yet and I would love to make it for you every Thanksgiving- My favorite Holiday!!!
