8 slices bread, cubed
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 1/4 cups milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage.
Place cubed bread in an 8" x 12" greased baking dish.
Top with cheese and sausage.
Beat eggs, mustard, salt & pepper to taste.
Add 2 1/4 cups milk.
Pour over mixture; cover and refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Before baking, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk, stirring well; poor over bread and cheese mixture.
Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours or @ 350º for 1 hour.
