Meatballs:
2 lb. ground beef
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. parsley
1 T. fresh garlic
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. fresh pepper

Sauce:
1 (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatball ingredients, and roll into 1" meatballs. Place in a single layer in a 13"X9" pan.
Combine all sauce ingredients, and cook over low heat until sauce melts. Pour sauce over meatballs.
Bake meatballs at 350º for 45 minutes.

Serve as appetizer or with rice for a dinner.
