3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whole milk or Soy milk
1/2 c. butter (melted)
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c.brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (sweet potatoes, etc.) together. Spread into a 9"x9" pan. Blend first 3 ingredients of Topping until coarse. Add nuts and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top.
