2 c. flour
2 t. soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
4 eggs
1 c. wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, and sugar. Put the two mixtures together and add pumpkin. Beat well. Bake in 2 loaf pans or one 8 x 12 inch. Pyrex pan at 350º for 40 to 60 mins.

Frosting:
1/2 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 bx. confectionery sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 c.chopped nuts

Mix well
