1 hen, cooked and diced
2 cans mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
2 large onions, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
2 t. salt
1 lb grated cheese
2 large pkg long spaghetti
2 cans tomato soup
3 T Worcestershire
1 small can pimento
1/2 t. pepper
1 can chopped ripe olives


1 hen, cooked and chopped
2 cans mushroomsms, or fresh, chopped

3 green peppers, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
2 t. salt
1 lb grated cheese
2 large pkg long spaghetti
2 cans tomato soup
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1 small can pimiento
1/2 t. pepper
1 can chopped olives




Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti in hen broth; cook onions, celery and pepper in skillet with broth. Mix all ingredients and put into large casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated thoroughly.

This dish was often served to the Mont Whitson family especially during the 1950's through the 1980's. Can be made the day before or frozen before cheese is added.
