4 large boneless chicken breast
1lb bonless chicken thighs or breast optional
1 slice of bread (can be GF bread)
3tbsp chutney
4oz gammon or ham
2tsp green peppercorns
1 small apple
1tsp parsley
1 egg
s/p

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breast and line a greased load tin with the chicken.
Place rest of ingredients in a food processor mix
together, pour into lined tin,
add one piece of flattened chicken on top.
Bake in tin of water, 1 hour 350º
