6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups heavy cream
1 loaf French bread (cubed)
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine first six ingredients. Let sit 30 minutes. Sprinkle macadamia nuts over top and let a few drop into mixture.

Cook for 25 minutes with foil. Remove foil and cook an additional 35 minutes.
