8 oz. blue cheese crumbled
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
11/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put 4oz. of cheese, mayo and sour cream in mixer bowl. Blend well. Add the salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.Blend well. Add sugar and taste, should not have an acid taste. If it does add a bit more sugar. Blend well. Add the second 4 oz. of cheese that has been crumbled but not finely. Just stir until; mixed. Do not over blend, you want it to be lumpy.
