2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 10oz. pkg Nestle Toll House Mint Flavored Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and vegetable oil; mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. shape into into balls; roll in remaining sugar. Bake 10 mins
