1 can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stick of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (I do it right in the 2 qt. corning ware I end up baking it in) and bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
