1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (butter type)
1/2 cup sherry
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pecans

Glaze:
1 cup sugar
1 stick oleo
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Put pecans on bottom of greased & floured heavily bundt pan. Mix remainder of ingredients together.
Bake 325 º for 50 minutes
While cake is baking, prepare Glaze adding sherry at the very last for better flavor before pouring over cake.
Boil the glaze ingredients 2-3 minutes. Let cool in pan til partially cool before turning out onto cake plate.
After taking cake from oven-Cool 10 minutes. Then poke holes (dots) Then pour
