1-1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. softened butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening
Chopped pecans (opt.)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into bite-size balls and place on wax paper. Refrigerate 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips and shortening over hot water. Dip peanut butter balls in the chocolate. Roll in chopped pecans for variety
