6 medium potatoes – pared, cooked and drained
1 t. salt
1 C. sour cream
3 T. butter
¼ t. pepper
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes in mixer until light and fluffy.
Add seasonings, sour cream and cream cheese and beat until well blended.
Put into buttered 2 qt. casserole.
Dot with butter, and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.

This freezes well, so can be prepared ahead of time.
