1 lb raw rigatoni cooked al dente
1/8 lb shallots minced
2 cloves garlic minced
¼ onion, diced
1 tomato diced
¼ lb mushrooms
¼ head broccoli cut into florets and blanched
1/8 bottle white wine
¼ liter heavy cream reduced by half
1 ½ bunches basil chiffonade
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In a hot sauté pan with olive oil sauté the onions until translucent. Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for one minute. Add the mushrooms and sauté for one minute. Add the tomatoes and white wine and reduce the wine for one minute. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli, season to taste and cook until the right consistency. Add hot pasta, stir in basil chiffonade and Parmesan cheese.
