2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 T worchestershire sauce
4 slices soft bread cubes
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Topping:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
6 T brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix beef, onion, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and worchestershire sauce.
Cut the edges off the bread slices, discard edges. Cut the rest into cubes. In separate bowl, mix egg and milk together and add the bread cubes to soak the mixture up. Then, add to the large bowl and mix all together.

Put into shallow baking dish, mold into meatloaf. In small bowl, mix the Topping ingredients and spread over the top of meatloaf before baking.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
