1 c. crisco
1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 c. oats
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, add sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat. Then add dry ingredients, oatmeal and pecans. Bake 375 degrees about 10 minutes or more.
