2 c. biscuit/baking mix (I use Pioneer)
1 c. buttermilk

Directions:

Mix it good and on a floured surface, knead it at least five times. Roll or mash it out to a thickness of 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick. Cut your biscuits from the mixture. Place them on a sprayed baking sheet or pan. Brush the top of each biscuit with buttermilk. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-23 minutes.
