Mama mia ready pizza crusts or boboli crusts (they come 2 in a package
so i double this recipe)
12-16 oz. chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 cloves garlic minced
3T. white vinegar
3T soy sauce
2T olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper

1T olive oil
1T corn starch

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded (I use more of both)
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese shredded

2T pine nuts or sliced almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in bowl with half of the onions, garlic, vinegar, soy
sauce, olive oil (2T), and pepper.

Drain chicken and reserve marinade. Stir fry chicken in 1T olive oil
till no longer pink. Add corn starch to the remaining marinade and
pour into skillet with chicken. Cook till thick and bubbly. Spread
over mama mia ready crusts and top with cheeses. Bake 12 minutes at
400 degrees. Remove and top with the rest of the green onions and
sliced almonds. Bake for 2 minutes more............

Enjoy!!

p.s. I use lots more cheese and I also add canned mushrooms to the
chicken when I brown it.
