1/2 cup white rice, regular or quick cooking
1 fully cooked rotisserie chicken
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp.chili powder
1 tsp.ground cumin
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Flour 8-inch tortillas

Cook rice according to package directions
meanwhile, pull chicken meat from bones and shred with two forks. discard chicken skin and bones. Transfer chicken meat to a medium saucepan and add chicken broth, vinegar, sugar,chili powder, cumin,hot sauce,salt,and black pepper. Set pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 minutes, until liquid reduces and sauce thickens. Fold in cooked rice and cilantro.

Spoon chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and serve
