1/2 c.butter (melted in iron skillet)
Mix in bowl:
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
When mixing, leave a few lumps in the batter. Over mixing will result in thin, or runny pancake. Pour into the hot skillet.
Bake in 425º oven for about 15-20 minutes. Should turn a nice golden brown. After removing from the skillet, Add strawberries, blueberries, preserves (any topping of your choice) and powdered sugar.
