Ingredients:  
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup raisins (make soft in hot water)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: shortening, sugar, molasses & egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill
Roll into small balls & roll balls in granulated sugar & cinnamon.
BAke 350º 12 minutes on slightly greased cookie sheet.
